Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.

Hallmarks are visible on all the three pieces (they are slightly rubbed on the Teapot, however, still distinguishable) for the London Assay Office with a date mark for 1922 and silver makers mark for Charles Boyton & Son Ltd. This mark is also visible on the base of each item.

Condition: This tea set is in great antique collector's condition. The Band around the centre of the sugar bowl is very slightly uneven (see images), however, this is commensurate with age and use and does not detract in any way form the set.
