Spectacular Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Antique Bookcase

Dating from ca. 1900 this Spectacular Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Antique Bookcase was built by a true craftsman. It has a raised back edge above a rectangular top, sitting above a beautifully inlaid frieze, two glazed doors with quality astragal glazing bars, key and working lock. The interior has two adjustable shelves. This fine antique stands on raised spade feet and has aged to a rich mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
