It has a moulded cornice with dentil moulding and three astragal glazed doors with key and working locks. Each interior has three adjustable shelves. The lower section has a moulded top above four beautifully figured doors with moulded edges and each interior has a central shelf. The bookcase stands on a moulded plinth, splits into two sections for removal and the mahogany aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
