A most attractive Victorian Pepper or Spice Mill. Made from a richly coloured fruit wood, this very stylish Mill is enhanced by wonderful silver banding around the circumference, each of the bands is hallmarked for the London Assay Office with a date mark for 1900 and maker''s mark: Lt. B (see images) and a silver screw top for opening. The steel grinder at the bottom is signed ''Parkgreen & Co Ltd, Made in England'' (renowned for their reliable grinders).
A superb antique item in wonderful antique condition and working order.
