Description

A late 19th/early 20th century "Edwardian" revolving bookcase. Attractive solid walnut top with two tiers to hold books up to 10.1/2" high on the top shelves and 12.1/2" high on the bottom.

Very substantial revolving mechanism with cast iron supports.

Size: 21" (53.5cm) square x 35.3/4" (91cm) high

Stock no: 4653

Dealers note: This is a lovely quality, very solid bookcase in lovely condition. The polish is original, having only been cleaned and waxed in our workshop. This isn't a typically ricketty piece, as so many revolving bookcases are, and enjoys the benefits of substantial cast iron supports to the underframe mechanism.
