A most unusual Victorian locket, iIn the form of a 9ct gold horse shoe and set with a lovely large garnet. The locket opens at the back (for containing a momentum or photo). It has a loop at the top for attachment. The locket is not hallmarked however it has been tested and is 9ct gold. It has a nice solid feel to it and is a rare item!.
A lovely antique locket, especially interesting for anyone interested in horses or as a good luck emblem!
