A superb Victorian solid silver Christening set comprising Knife, Fork and Spoon all in the most iconic Victorian design, featuring swirls and criss cross pattern and each having an empty cartouch at the top of the handle. The set comes in the lovely original case. All of the items are fully hallmarked as follows:
Spoon: London 1877, Knife Sheffield 1872 and Fork London 1876. And all bear the maker''s marks for Martin Hall & Co.
Although each item has different Hallmarks they will all have been part of the original set as purchased from the Retailer.
The original presentation case is a lovely maroon leatherette exterior with a deep purple velvet and satin interior and bearing the retailers marks ''By Appointment, West & Son, 18 & 19 College Green, Dublin''.

Condition: All of the items of cutlery are in great antique condition. The presentation case is also in super condition, very clean on both
