Large Light Oak Edwardian Globe Wernicke Antique Stacking Barristers Bookcase

By the renowned makers Globe Wernicke office and library London, this super stacking bookcase is of unusual large proportions and dates from around 1900. It has a moulded top above two smaller over two larger bookcase sections with glazed doors and stands on a moulded plinth and has the original copper strip sides and is full of beautiful charm and character. The oak has aged to a light shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Depth : 46cm / 18 inches
