A superb set of 6 Irish spoons in the Irish Fiddle pattern. Lovely simple plain polished silver, the only engraving being a crest at the top of each spoon handle, featuring a stag''s head sitting on top of a crown. On the back of the spoon handles are the very clear hallmarks for the Dublin Assay Office with a date mark for 1827 and maker''s mark for Edward Power.
