Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
This same pattern is mirrored on the pedestal foot of each. The lovely bifurcated loop handles add great artistic flair to the dishes.

Hallmarks are very clearly visible on the base of each dish for the London Assay Office with a date mark for 1912 and the maker's marks for one of England's finest renowned silversmiths: Mappin & Webb. On the base of each foot the retailer's marks have been stamped for Waring & Gillow.
