A very charming, Victorian, solid silver teaspoon, featuring a detailed Thistle on the top of the handle and a lovely twist design to the lower part of the handle. The bowl of this spoon is also a lovely shape. Hallmarks are very clearly visible on the back of the spoon bowl for the Edinburgh Assay office with a date mark for 1889.
A delightful spoon and very interesting to a collector being Edinburgh silver!
