A very fine and nicely shaped solid silver trophy with twin handles. No embossing or engraving, simply nicely polished silver with clear crisp hallmarks visible to one side of the trophy for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1937, along with the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver and maker''s marks for A L Davenport Ltd.
Nice trophy to hold by the handles.
