Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The silver top is very decorative and screws off to reveal a silver collar sitting around the neck of the glass bottle and the lovely neat original glass stopper. Hallmarks for the Birmingham Assay Office are clearly visible on the neck of the silver top along with a date mark for 1911 and the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. The maker's mark for John Grinsell & Sons is also clear. Part hallmarks can also be seen on the silver collar.

Condition: This bottle is in great antique condition. No chips to the glass bottle or the stopper.
