A very fine, early Victorian, heavy solid silver mustard spoon in delightful ''Fiddle & Thread'' pattern. The spoon handle bears an unusual light engraving showing a figure of a man. Clear and crisp hallmarks are visible on the back of the spoon handle for the London Assay Office , with a date mark for 1845 as well as the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver. Marker''s marks are also visible for the maker: George Adams.
Condition: This mustard spoon is in great antique condition.
