A nicely sized, George III, good heavy gauge silver salt tub with blue glass liner. The silver tub is a tapered oval shape, with double reeded design and incorporating two handles either side. The front has a very small and delicately engraved armorial in the centre. The interior of the salt is gilded. The hallmarks on the back of the tub are rubbed, however hallmarks for Dublin 1797 are just legible.

Condition: The silver salt is in great antique condition commensurate with the age of the item.
