An absolutely superb, early Victorian, solid silver stuffing / serving spoon. Wonderful large proportions (30.5 cm in length) and a good heavy weight. The spoon terminal has a nicely patterned edge. The back of the terminal shows very clear hallmarks for The Exeter Assay Office along with the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver and a date mark for 1865.
