Driscolls Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
It has a rectangular moulded top above two beautifully figured flamed mahogany doors with quality carved and moulded edges, the sides are reeded and it stands on a moulded plinth. The interior comprises of two adjustable shelves and the mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
