Scottish Silver Ladle Glasgow 1846 D Mcdonald

A very fine and stunning, early Victorian, Scottish Silver ladle. A wonderfully simple and tactile design makes this a most attractive piece. The only engraving is a delicate initial ‘F’ to the front terminal. Hallmarks can be clearly seen on the back of the ladle: Glasgow 1846 with maker’s marks for the renowned silversmith: David McDonald.
 
 
 
Condition: This ladle is in great antique condition. The silver has no dings or dents visible to the silver and no tarnish marks. The bowl is not misshapen and the hallmarks and maker’s marks are extremely clear.
 
 
 
Hallmarks: Glasgow 1846 by the maker: David McDonald.
