An unusual and most attractive Victorian solid silver dredger form pepperette. This pepperette is charmingly designed and has a nicely shaped handle to one side. The lid pulls off. Part hallmarks can be seen on the inside lip of the top and full hallmarks are visible on the base.
Hallmarks: Birmingham 1896, Maker''s Marks: L Spiers
Condition: This pepperette is in great used condition. There is a very slight indentation to one side of the lid, commensurate with age and mentioned for accuracy which does not detract in any way from the item. (See Photo No 2).

Width including handle: 5.1cm approx
Weight: 27 grams approx.
