Description

Fine Regency Mahogany 3 Door Bookcase. The stepped cavetto cornice over cross veneered frieze with ebony outline mouldings. The 3 glazed doors having arched astragals in cross veneered frames having re-entrant corners with ebony outline stringing. All doors having fine brass locks which incorporate the catches which are moved by turned reeded ebony knobs. The 3 section interior having 12 adjustable pine shelves with mahogany thumb moulded fronts. The base having square edge to top. The panelled doors below have matched flared veneered panels with ebony stringing and matching frames as top doors again with ebony outline stringing. The interior with 6 adjustable shelves in the 3 sections. All on plinth base.
