Description

A beautifully shaped solid silver Trinket Box. Circular in shape, the hinged lid compliments the base and is square with shaped corners (see photos) and has an engine turned pattern to the top. The box sits on three feet. The gilt interior is a lovely pale apricot colour and is lined with deep purple velvet. The underneath base is leather. Clear hallmarks are visible to the side of both the base and the lid: Sheffield 1929 with maker's marks for Walker & Hall.

Condition:

This box is in great used cndition with no dents to the surface. The velvet interior is also in great condition and is clean and not stained or marked. The Hinge works perfectly and the box closes nicely.
