Superb mahogany library bookcase in 2 sections. C1880.

This delightful bookcase is a compact size, and is ideal where height is an issue. The mahogany is well figured and retains a good antique patina.

Within the top section are 3 substantial and thick shelves, all being fully adjustable. Below, there are 2 smoothly running drawers with working key above and a pair of doors enclosing a single shelf.

Seen here in best condition, having been wax polished to enhance the beauty of the mellow mahogany..
