A superb solid silver matchbox holder. Hallmarks are clearly visible: Birmingham 1884 along with the maker''s marks: S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd. The box is beautifully decorated with leaves and an empty shield cartouch to one side and an elaborate floral design to the other. Inside the matchbox holder is an original empty box of ''Bryant & May''s'' matches.
Condition:
The matchbox holder is an great used conditon. The original box of matches that fits inside is also in great used condition.
