Regency Antique Concave Bookcase in Original Finish & Decorations.

This is a beautiful, English antique concave bookcase that features column sides with gilt acanthus leaf mouldings at the tops. Decorated with a fret work frieze and a thin, gesso decorated drawer to the top. This unusual, Regency country house antique bookcase is still in the period, black japanned finish. A beautiful concave antique bookcase, lovely proportions. In very good, solid condition and complete with an adjustable height shelf.
