Georgian Secretaire Bookcase in Mahogany

18th century
Description

A Very Attractive Georgian Bookcase with a fitted secretaire drawer in Mahogany, 12 pane astragal glazed doors which are veneered with Satinwood, with adjustable shelves , there is a decorative brass strip running vertically down the centre of the doors. The secretaire drawer has twin ovals with inlay of Boxwood three drawers below all with original brass handles, standing on splay bracket feet. A superb item in lovely condition with a warm mellow colour to the Mahogany.
