Antique Victorian Walnut Open Bookcase

Full of the Charm and Character of a True Antique, This Victorian Walnut Open Bookcase dates from around 1890. It has a beautifully figured moulded top with dental moulded edge above two adjustable shelves with hinged trim in the original worn leather. This superb bookcase stands on a moulded plinth and maintains the original backboards. The walnut has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
