Bookcase George III Mahogany Fine Quality C1790

Here we have a fine quality George III Mahogany bookcase c1790. As you can see the bookcase has super colour and patina. There is a moulded top pediment perfectly executed and an elaborate dental type moulding with inter dispersed triangular shapes. Beneath there are two doors housing the original glass. Internally there are three shelves which are all adjustable. The original working lock is in place and remarkably so is the key. At the base of of the top there are two candle slides. The base contains a single shelf and again the original lock and working key. There are two cupboard doors with lovely fielded panels. The base sits on the original splayed bracket base. A super George III bookcase of lovely small proportions in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 75.5 inches high 16 deep and 42 wide.
