Quality Edwardian Figured Mahogany Antique Open Bookcase

This Quality Edwardian Figured Mahogany Antique Open Bookcase dates from around 1900. This wonderful piece has a beautifully figured rectangular moulded top above a frieze with decorative blind fretwork carving, three adjustable shelves and the original backboards. The mahogany has aged to a rich warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
