WONDERFUL, STURDY, SOLID SILVER HIP FLASK, HALLMARKED SHEFFIELD 1926 BY WILLIAM HUTTON

This Hip Flask is an exceptionally wonderful item. Solid silver, it is clearly hallmarked Sheffield 1926, twice on the body of the flask and also on the closing cap, and bears the maker’s mark William Hutton. The base of the flask is stamped with the ‘cross arrows’ mark used by William Hutton after the takeover of Creswick & Co and the number 118/1. A great sturdy piece with closing cap on the top (with original cork within the stopper encased by the silver cap) (see photos).

Wonderful gift for many occasions including: birthdays, Best Man, a collector of silver or anyone who likes to take out a ‘tot’ with them.

Condition (see photos):

Excellent condition for the age. Some light scratching and very minor dings. The cork in the stopper has a crack. One of the maker''s marks is a little rubbed. Very usable if required.
