Large Victorian elm and pine waterfall bookcase. Lovely mid/golden colouring with profuse twisted columns...a lot of work went into this piece. Very rare and unusual...a great decorative piece. Made in the late 19th Century. This is a lovely item, with a nice look together with loads of charm and character. Solid, with no loose joints or wobbles.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. Historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure (normal for period elm). Some ink staining to shelves.

Overall maximum dimensions: 118cm wide, 31cm deep, 117cm high. Bottom shelf: 104cm wide, 29cm deep, 42cm high space above. 2nd shelf: 104cm wide, 29cm deep, 29cm high space above. 3rd shelf: 104cm wide, 26cm deep, 24cm high space above. Top shelf: 103cm wide, 20cm deep.
