Birmingham 1904. Rare Solid Silver ‘Guernsey’ Milk Jug.
This rare solid silver ‘Guernsey’ milk jug bares the hallmarks for Birmingham 1904. It’s a lovely and rare piece and features gilding on the inside of the detachable lid.
It’s in good condition with no dings or splits and just light surface scratching commensurate with age. The hallmarks are fairly worn and the makers mark is not legible.
It would make an unusual addition to any silver collection as it is rather rare.
It stands at approximately 11.5cm in height and at its widest is 10.3cm wide.
