Edinburgh 1820 Silver Sifter Spoon.
 
This beautiful silver sifter spoon is hallmarked for Edinburgh 1820 and features later embossing. The hallmarks are crisp and clear and this spoon bares the makers mark of Charles Dalgleish.
 
The bowl is gilded and features a leaf and berry engraving with the berries raised. The engraving continues up to the top of the handle where there are the letters ‘KN’ ornately engraved.
 
All in all the spoon is in very good condition with no dings or splits, although there is a slight kink in the handle. It weighs in total 28g and measures 16cm in length.
