Description

Fine mid 19th.c. mahogany bookcase c.1860. Two door glazed top with adjustable shelves over a single long drawer and two door cupboard fitted with shelves and slides. Elegant restrained design with a flared cornice and arch shaped glazing repeated as applied mouldings either side of the doors to both top and base. Oak drawer linings and mahogany groundwork to the front. A couple of old marks to the flat surface above the drawer, otherwise excellent condition with original leather trim and studwork to the shelf fronts. Restored and repolished in our workshops. Keys supplied.
