Description

Unusual early 19th.c. mahogany bookcase and cupboard c.1820. Three tier cascade bookcase top over a cupboard base fitted with pigeon holes and drawers to each side of the interior. Probably produced for an country estate office or similar. A very handsome looking piece of furniture with particularly good flame mahogany veneers, ebony stringing and brass door trim, all signature details of late Georgian and Regency cabinet making. Excellent condition, restored and repolished in our workshops. Key supplied.

Dimensions: width 50". depth 13", height 64½".
