Fine Quality Victorian Walnut Antique Open Bookcase

With Arts And Crafts Influences this Fine Quality Victorian Walnut Antique Open Bookcase dates from around 1890 and has a rectangular beautifully figured top above two adjustable shelves and stands on a plain plinth. The sides on this wonderful bookcase have quality carved corbels and reeded sides and benefit from the original backboards. The walnut has aged to a rich warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
