Description

Spectacular late 19th.c. walnut three door bookcase c.1895 by the celebrated British cabinet makers Maple & Co. Glazed bookcase top with adjustable shelves over a cupboard base with three useful drawers in the waist and exceptional carved door panels. Maple & Co. were the largest and one of the most highly regarded furniture makers of their day and this is the kind of quality cabinet making which built their reputation. With solid walnut sides, door and drawer fronts and mahogany drawer linings. A clear maker’s stamp to the middle drawer. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Retaining the original Arts & Crafts inspired copperized handles. Keys supplied.

Dimensions: width 72", depth 20", height 92".
