Golden Oak Antique Open Bookcase

Dating from around 1870 in the Victorian period this golden oak antique bookcase is full of charm and character. The rectangular moulded top sits above three adjustable shelves flanked by small decoratively carved corbels. It stands on a plain plinth, has the original back boards and has aged to a golden shade of oak with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
