Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
Most bookcases don't have glazed sides, which are normal with display cabinets. The astral-glazed sides give it a great look & the shelves inside are adjustable. The bottom section has two panelled cupboards with decoration in the corners & it sits on splayed feet. I would say this bookcase dates to around the 1920-30's period & it's in good original condition.
