The Vintage Interiors has dated this piece to the 1880s.
The bookcase retains all its original hardware.
The bookcase comprises of two side shelving units, with a breakfront centre.all the top sections have open shelving.
The bottom sides have a drawer with two opening doors revealing what was probably for storing records.the bottom center section has two doors over two sheet music drawers (see photo).
There is no damage, but there are some slats missing on both sides, where maybe records were stored.(see photo).
