Quality Victorian Walnut Glazed Bookcase

Description

Fine quality mid Victorian walnut bookcase of good size and colour. Although un-stamped probably made by Holland of London. All the brass hinges are stamped Horne's patent.

Base with plinth at the bottom with two panelled doors above with drawer above doors. One adjustable shelf inside. The top with pair of glazed doors and nice shape cornice with four adjustable shelves within.

Comes with all original locks which are also patented and are fitted with keys.

One or two small veneer chips otherwise very good clean condition and a lovely mellow colour.

SIZE; 43" wide on the base by 20" deep by 94" tall overall. The top section is 13" deep.
