the flared cornice over glazed double doors opening to adjustable shelved interior. the base with pull out secretaire drawer, fitted with various drawers, pigeonholes and baize writing surface, over three long graduating drawers, all oak lined and with decorative brass lions mask ring handles, splayed bracket feet.
normal signs of wear commensurate with age and use but overall this really is a wonderful quality bookcase in beautifully figured mahogany with a lovely patina and is not done justice by the photographs.
