A good quality Art Deco period low opaen bookcase or display piece. The bookcase is of an unusual asymmetric form, with to the right hand side a cabinet section that raises higher than the main section which is formed of open but completely veneered shelves. The most wonderful thing is the finish which has developed a rich patina and nut colour which is wonderful with the highly figured and burred wood. The whole is in excellent untouched condition. C.1920.
