Description

A superb quality William IV mahogany bookcase, with architectural cornice above galzed doors with columns, containing adjustable shelves with leather embleshments, the lower with flame mahogany doors containg 3 original slides. This is a very original piece, including locks, glass, shelves, slides, cornice, plinth and backs and with no visible signs of any restoration, it is also of good faded colour and patina has not been repolished. Circa 1830. 2510 mm high, 1385 mm wide and 585 mm deep.
