Mahogany Bookcase Edwardian C 1910

Description

This is an exceptionally attractive, Edwardian figured mahogany Breakfront Bookcase. English c 1910.

There are 6 fully adjustable shelves and 2 astragal central doors with working lock and key. This bookcase stands on substantial bracket feet, is in one piece and considered heavy!

There are carved swags under the top and some fine satinwood inlays. The entire bookcase is beautifully made and retains a warm mahogany patina.

Shown here in top showroom condition, having been polished and waxed.
