A Victorian Tall Mahogany Open Bookcase C1880

Description

A Victorian tall Mahogany bookcase dating from around 1880. The top has a moulded cornice with a lip underneath and four original fully adjustable shelves. The base has a moulded edge to the top with one fully adjustable shelf and to the bottom are two short drawers Oak lined with Brass handles. The bookcase is moulded around the bottom and stands on a plinth base and the top lifts off for ease of movement.

Measures: Height: 88" x Depth: 15" x Internal Depth Top: 9" x Internal Depth Base: 12" x Width: 42"
