A Lovely French Silver Chain Mail Coin Purse

Description

An exquisite French silver chain mail. The body is formed of intricate silver links, supported on a bead edged frame. The twist fastening reveals a separate internal compartment, with a security clip.To the bottom is a decorative filigree sphere. This elegant example would have been probably used for evenings, containing a few coins for tips and would make a lovely gift idea from a bygone age. Dimensions below.
