The clasp shuts well. Simple and elegant and ready to wear. The chain is 9ct rose gold throughout, and all links are stamped 9ct are individually hallmarked for 9ct gold. The padlock is hallmarked for 9ct gold the makers mark W.L Birmingham 1904 . The bracelet weighs a good heavy 10.5g
