A truly beautiful antique ring set with a cushion shaped sapphire displaying rich mid to deep blue tones, held within a smooth rub-over setting. Surrounding the centre stone, a cluster of ten old mine cut diamonds forms a soft scalloped border, giving the piece a delicate and refined presence.
Though made in the early Art Deco period, the design carries strong Belle Époque influence, seen in the flowing lines and open tapered gallery. Crafted with a platinum setting and white gold shank, it is a fine example of thoughtful design and quality workmanship from the era.
Part of our antique sapphire ring collection.
