A large antique Ferahan room sized carpet from North West Persia.
 
Classic medallion floats on beautiful abrashed madder ground flanked by navy borders.
 
The piece is in unusually good condition, thick pile all over, a fer very minor old repair and odd bits of tinting, Great value for a carpet of this age, size and condition.
 
Deep cleaned with all ends and sides newly secured.
