This large room-sized antique Heriz rug from the year 1900 reflects a traditional Persian style, constructed from wool and cotton. The visible details include a soft terracotta red ground field populated with geometric palmettes and stylized floral motifs, framed by a dark navy blue outer border and corner spandrels. The piece exhibits slight wear in places alongside a generally good pile, clean surfaces, and secured ends and sides. The visible colours encompass terracotta red, mid blue, and various natural tones woven into the patterns.
